No.
Due to the number of passenger seats in the vehicles the driver must have a D1 category on their driving licence.
If you passed your test before 1 January 1997 you may well have the D1 category automatically on your licence. If not, then you will need to take a test to have D1 added to your driving licence.
Please see: www.gov.uk/driving-licence-categories.
LEZ: Our Minibus is Low Emmission Zone compliant and therefore not subject to the LEZ Charge.
ULEZ: Although our Minibus does NOT meet the ULEZ emissions standards we have been given an exemption until 27th October 2027 and therefore our Minibus is not subject to the charge.
Congestion Charge: Our Minibus is subject to the Congestion Charge so if you enter the Congestion Charge (CC) zone during its operating time you will need to pay that daily charge to drive in Central London.
Blackwall and Silvertown Tunnels: Buses, Coaches and Minibuses do not need to pay to cross the Blackwall and Silvertown Tunnels and therefore our Minibus is not subject to the charge.
Before entering either the LEZ, ULEZ or Congestion Charge Zones or using the Blackwall or Silvertown Tunnels please check with TfL's vehicle checker: https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/
